​These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.especiallyjelly.com (the "Website") and your purchase of products from Especially Jelly by Lara Nagel, Zürich, Switzerland ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our Website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

Especially Jelly is a legally registered entity operated by Lara Nagel in Zürich, Switzerland. Our products consist of 100% bovine gelatine sold as a nutritious whole food, not as a supplement. We make no medical or health claims and all information provided is strictly for educational and informational purposes regarding the naturally occurring nutrients in gelatine.

 

2. Products and Use

Our gelatine product is intended for culinary use only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Recommended maximum intake is based on general dietary guidelines. Consumers are responsible for assessing the suitability of our products for their individual health status.

 

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed internationally through our Website. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment details may be saved within your account if you choose to create one. Bulk and wholesale orders are permitted. Pre-orders are accepted.

 

4. Shipping Policy

We ship via SwissPost and DHL. Estimated delivery times:

• Switzerland: 2–4 business days (CHF 4.90)

• Rest of the world: 6–10 business days (CHF 14.-)

• Tracked shipping is not available. Shipping fees are flat rates in accordance with our business agreements with carriers.

• Import fees are to be covered by the recipient.
  
   

5. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Opened or used items are non-refundable.

• Damaged items must be reported with photographic evidence. We will provide a return shipping label and refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.
  
   

6. Accounts and Data

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to do so, you may save your information for faster checkout. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, product design, text, images, and other materials on the Website are the intellectual property of Especially Jelly by Lara Nagel unless otherwise stated. No part of the Website or product may be copied, reproduced, repackaged, resold, or used without our explicit written permission. Sharing content for non-commercial purposes is allowed with appropriate mention and/or link to our brand.

 

8. Legal Disclaimers

We do not provide medical advice or health claims. The content on our Website is educational and does not replace professional health guidance. It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their diet and health condition.

 

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any legal proceedings shall take place in a competent court located in Zürich, Switzerland.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Customers with an account or who have made purchases will be informed of changes via their account, at checkout, or by email.
