1. Shipping Regions
 

We currently ship to:

  • Switzerland

  • European Union (EU)

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Asia

  • Australia
     

If your country/region is not listed at checkout, please contact us via email and we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

2. Processing Times
 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once processed, your order will be shipped via SwissPost or DHL depending on the destination.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and delays may occur due to customs, local holidays, or carrier issues.

 

4. Shipping Costs
 

Shipping fees are flat rates based on your region and include handling costs:

  • Switzerland: CHF 4.90

  • Europe: CHF 13.00

  • Asia & USA: CHF 16.00

  • Australia: CHF 14.00
     

All prices are shown in CHF and include VAT where applicable.

 

5. Tracking & Delivery
 

We currently do not offer tracked shipping.
If you require tracking for bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us before purchasing to arrange a custom shipping solution.


 

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
 

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays or charges incurred through customs clearance.


 

7. Delivery Issues or Damaged Goods
 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@especiallyjelly.com.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

We will either replace the product or provide a full refund, including shipping costs, if eligible.

 

8. Pre-Orders
 

Some items may be available as pre-orders. In such cases, estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
You will be notified by email once your order has shipped.
