We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our product as a food item, we are limited in the cases in which refunds can be offered.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

The item has not been opened or used.

3. How to Request a Refund

A detailed explanation of the issue

Clear photos of the product and/or damage

If your refund is approved, you will receive:

A refund to your original method of payment

In some cases, a return shipping label will be provided for damaged items
4. Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs only for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

We do not reimburse return shipping for non-defective goods.

Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition and packaging.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request and/or returned item:

Please allow 3–7 business days for review and refund processing

6. Pre-Orders & Delays
Refunds for pre-ordered items are only possible before the item has shipped. After shipping, our standard policy applies.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or international transit times.
